
Welcome to eRez housing!
eRez is your central hub for all things student housing – where community meets convenience. This online service is available in the Rockhurst Portal, accessible by phone or computer.
In addition to providing a supportive and inclusive living environment, eRez is where students complete essential housing tasks, such as submitting their housing application, forming roommate groups, creating their Roommate Success Plan, and completing Room Condition Reports. Whether you're preparing for move-in or settling into campus life, eRez is here to make the process smooth, connected, and student-focused.
Creating your eRez account
- Access the Rockhurst Portal and select eRezLife. You will need to register for an account.
- Use only your Rockhurst student email when registering on eRez. Using a personal email account will delay your process in selecting a preferred roommate, completing housing selection, and/or providing move-in information.
Creating a roommate group
- Log in to your eRez account through the Rockhurst Portal.
- On the left side of the screen, you should see an option called “Roommate Group”
- Click on “Create a New Roommate Group”
- Fill in “Group Names”
- The roommate you select must also have an eRez account with their Rockhurst email to log in. You then type in their first and last name, and their Rockhurst email address should pop up.
- The roommate you entered will have to accept their invitation. You will know they have accepted when a green arrow pops up beside their name.
