Residence Life & Campus Housing
At Rockhurst University, a residence hall is more than just a place to live. It’s a place to learn. By living and interacting with diverse types of people in campus housing, you'll take your education beyond the classroom. Living on campus allows you to fully bloom as a Rockhurst Hawk. You’ll meet new people, participate in extracurricular activities, and have a group to attend events with.
Your resident hall can also serve as a support system — residents, mostly freshman, are probably facing many the same challenges you are, with new teachers, new classes, new subjects and new adjustments. Making these dorm friends makes the transition into college that much easier, and many of these people will be your friends for the next four years and beyond. Our campus living is traditional dorm life, with resident assistants on each floor and resident directors in each hall. Find your perfect home away from home by joining the campus community through college residential life.
