Application Process
We are here to assist you in the admission process. To apply for admission as a first-time college student, please submit an application, as well as the additional documentation listed below. Application materials should be submitted by May 1 for fall admission and October 1 for spring admission.
If transferring from another U.S. institution, the deadlines and some requirements may not apply.
If you are a graduate student, application deadlines, documentation requirements, and start dates will vary from program to program. You can see a list of our graduate opportunities here.
If you have questions about the international student admission process, please contact muhle.dlamini@rockhurst.edu.

Graduate Students Only
Official academic credentials/transcripts must be translated into English. International transcripts must be evaluated by a credential evaluator and should be a course-by-course evaluation. Potential credential evaluators are as follows:
- SpanTran: SpanTran is a NACES-member company that has created a custom application to make sure you get the right kind of credential evaluation at a discounted rate. You may access their application by clicking here.
- Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE): Fill out and print an online ECE application.
- World Education Services (WES): Find more information on their evaluations here.
Tuition and Financial Aid
International students must be responsible for the payment of their entire education. United States laws prevent international students from having jobs in the U.S. at any time during their four years as students.
Although international students are not eligible for state or federal financial aid, undergraduate applicants may be eligible for merit scholarships of $9,500-20,000. Scholarships based on athletics, performing arts and writing also are available in varying amounts. To discuss scholarship opportunities, contact an admission counselor at 800-842-6776 or email admission@rockhurst.edu.
