With flexible evening classes that fit your schedule, the average program completion time is just 15 months. Students select a minimum of 12 credit hours from the following course list:

  • MG 6275: Developing Leaders in Organizations (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6001: Spirituality and Values in Leadership (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6460: Innovation (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6420: Organizational Development and Consulting (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6430: Organizational Theory & Design (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6680: Organizational Change (2 credit hours)

Program Information and Requirements

  • No GMAT or GRE scores required
  • Classes begin in January, March, June, August and October, and meet one night per week
  • The certificate requires 12 credit hours of coursework
  • Networking and career services opportunities are available to all students

Apply This Certificate Toward a Degree

The Organizational Development Certificate can be a stand-alone credential or the graduate credits may be applied toward a Helzberg MBA or MA degree.
