With flexible evening classes that fit your schedule, the average program completion time is just 15 months. Students take the following 12 credit hours:

  • MG 6390: Conflict Management and Negotiation (2 credit hours)
  • MG 600: Spirituality and Values Leadership (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6380: HR and Managing People (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6420: Organizational Development and Consulting (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6540: Cross Culture Management (2 credit hours)
  • MG 6680: Organizational Change (2 credit hours)

Apply this Graduate Certificate Toward a Degree

The Human Capital Certificate can be a stand-alone credential or the graduate credits may be applied toward a Helzberg MBA or MA degree.

Certificate Program Information and Requirements

  • No GMAT or GRE scores required
  • Classes begin in January, March, June, August and October, and meet one night per week
  • The certificate requires 12 credit hours of coursework
  • Networking and career services opportunities are available to all students
