Advanced Leadership: Who Should Apply?

Rockhurst, using its competence in providing executive education for managers interested in MBA degrees, seeks to reach a broader swath of managers who need more targeted leadership skill development to improve current performance and create the capacity to take on more responsibility in their firms.

  • BIA 6328 - Effective Listening (1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 6098 - Networking for Success (0.5–1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 6324 - Executive Presence (1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 6391 - Conflict Management (1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 6392 - Negotiation (1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 6460 - Innovation (1–2 Credit Hours)

  • MG 6920 - Ethical Leadership (1 Credit Hour)

  • MG 7812 - Leading Change (1–3 Credit Hours)

  • MG 7825 - Strategic Management (2–3 Credit Hours)

Certificate Program Information and Requirements

  • No GMAT or GRE scores required
  • The certificate requires 12 credit hours of coursework

Apply this Graduate Certificate Toward a Degree

The Advanced Leadership Certificate can be a stand-alone credential or the graduate credits may be applied toward a Helzberg MBA or Masters in Organizational Leadership degree.
