Program Description
A minor in leadership development from Rockhurst University is designed to pair with any bachelor's program. The leadership skills learned in our leadership development program prepare students for the wide variety of challenges and situations that emerge when managing people and organizations, using leadership traits both learned and inherent to solve problems. In addition to providing a well-rounded educational experience, a minor in leadership studies can increase hiring potential after graduation.
Learning Outcomes
