How do I obtain my RU login credentials?
Upon filling out the RU Dual Enrollment Program application, your Rockhurst student ID number will be created. This ID number will then be emailed to you, along with instructions on how to set up your RU credentials. Once you have obtained your student ID number, visit our form site.
Doing this will allow you to gain access to your Rockhurst email, student portal, and RU Dual Enrollment Program coursework.

How do I obtain my RU student ID card?
Visit the front desk of the Office of Admissions, located on the second floor of Massman Hall, for your student ID card.
When does my RU Dual Enrollment Program class start?
RU Dual Enrollment Program courses follow the same schedule as the rest of RU. Therefore, the first day of your RU Dual Enrollment Program class will be on the first day of class for RU. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for that date each semester.
Where do I park when I come to campus for class?
RU Dual Enrollment Program students are encouraged to use street parking on Rockhurst Road and adjoining streets as available. If there is no street parking available, students can use their student ID to access the North Parking Garage, which is on the corner of Rockhurst Road and Troost Avenue.
What should I do if I decide I do not want to take the course for credit from Rockhurst University?
If you determine that it would be in our best interest to withdraw from the RU Dual Enrollment Program, contact the coordinator and your RU instructor. RU Dual Enrollment Program students must adhere to Rockhurst's drop date deadlines each semester. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the last date to drop an on-campus course each semester.
How do I request a transcript?
Each student earning credits in an RU Dual Enrollment Program course through Rockhurst University will have their credits shown on an official transcript. Credits will be posted each term you are enrolled, complete payment, and earn credits in an RU Dual Enrollment Program course. For an official transcript to be sent to another college or university electronically, visit studentclearinghouse.org. There is a $10 fee for each transcript sent.
