Every student must sign this agreement every fiscal year. Log in to the RU portal here and select “Financial Responsibility and Electronic Consent” under the “Student Financial Services” section.

If you choose NOT to agree to do business electronically, you will need to go to the Student Accounts Office in Massman Hall to complete a paper copy of the SFRA form and then go to the Registrar’s Office to manually complete a Registration Form.
