Who are the target audiences?
Experienced and High Potential Managers: These are people in charge of units. High potential refers to inexperienced managers that the company has identified as having high potential to continue in the role and, perhaps, advance to more senior roles.
Team Leads and Supervisors: These are people with additional responsibilities for some area or sub-unit but aren’t involved in any significant planning. They do tend, however, to have influence on team or individual performance.
What are the different focus areas?
Communication: These courses focus on strategies to be a better communicator in organizational and interpersonal interaction with others. Participants will learn individual strategies for effective communication as a leader.
Management: These courses focus on strategies for how be an effective boss that can provide focus and direction, delegate effectively, bring people together to accomplish common goals, and identify and plan opportunities. Additional key strategic competencies of financial management and information management are offered. These courses approach the functional areas of finance and data analytics from a strategic perspective.
Leadership: These courses help the participant hone their personal qualities of a leader and learn additional strategies for how to implement change in their teams, departments, units, and firms. This offers a solid complement to the management focus.
