AGENTS OF TRANSFORMATION

Greater. It’s the guiding force behind Jesuit education and what pushes the Rock forward every day. From restoring our historic campus to paving the way for future students, every piece of this campaign supports our mission to create a community of learners, leaders and those who serve the greater good.

LEAD FEARLESSLY. EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.

REIMAGINING SEDGWICK HALL:

The new home of Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences

Our current focus is renovating perhaps the most iconic structure on campus, Sedgwick Hall. This project will preserve the building’s original grandeur while creating new opportunities for students. Upon completion, Sedgwick Hall will become home to Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences, offering premier degree programs in the medical field.

HERE FOR GREATER LEADERSHIP

We know from direct experience that when Rockhurst University graduates step across the stage at commencement, they will have changed from when they arrived on campus as freshmen. The University’s Jesuit mission ensures that from day one they will be valued as individuals and supported in discovering and developing their gifts and talents for use in service to others, in deepening their personal faith lives and in leading with the desire to make the world a better place.

HERE FOR A GREATER COMMUNITY

My husband and I have been committed to making this city that we love and call home a better place – one full of opportunity and promise for all who live here. As a proud alumna, I know that when Rockhurst says it’s in the city for good, it’s more than a testament to longevity. It is a promise to demonstrate the same leadership and heart that it seeks to develop in each of its students.
