Rockhurst University partners with GradImages.com, a professional graduation photography company, to take photos during the commencement ceremony to document each graduate's special moment of recognition. Graduates and their families are encouraged to take photos in full regalia before and after the ceremony in case one or more of the GradImages photos do not turn out as expected.
Standard photos include (but cannot be guaranteed):
- Graduate photo on stage while receiving diploma cover
- Graduate's portrait on the way back to their seat after receiving diploma cover
The graduate will receive a proof email from GradImages.com with a link to the graduate's photo proofs taken by GradImages photographers during the ceremony approximately two weeks after the ceremony date. You may also look up and order photos online at GradImages.com (navigate to Rockhurst University and search for the graduate's name) or call 800-261-2576. If you have questions or concerns regarding your photo orders, please contact Gradimages.com directly at 800-261-2756.
- If the images sent in the proof email from GradImages.com are NOT images of the graduate named in the email, click the link to access the photos in the email sent to the graduate, then click the purple text beneath the images which says "PHOTOS ARE NOT <graduate name>" and follow the instructions. Have a snapshot available to attach, which clearly depicts the graduate's face while wearing their cap and gown (this will help GradImages link the correct images to the graduate's name).
- If you attended the live commencement event and you did not receive a proof email from GradImages.com, navigate to the GradImages.com website and navigate to Rockhurst University and look up the graduate by name.
- If you continue to have difficulties locating your photos, navigating the GradImages.com website, ordering graduation photos, or experiencing any problems with your photo order, please contact GradImages.com customer service at 800-261-2576 or ecc.giservice@gradimages.net.

Click the red "SUBSCRIBE" button to be notified when a new video is posted to the Rockhurst YouTube channel. We are unable to broadcast Rockhurst commencement ceremonies live at this time.
