As of December 2, 2019, all campus spaces are to be reserved through the new “Astra Schedule” icon located within the single sign-on web portal home page.
All reservable spaces, both classroom and non-academic spaces, may be requested through “Astra Schedule”. All Rockhurst students, faculty, and staff will use Astra Schedule with their regular Rockhurst ID and password.

When using any campus space, remember:
- Restore furniture to its original layout
- Wipe clean all whiteboards
- Properly dispose of all trash
NOTE: Campus spaces are not available to reserve during finals week and Graduation week.
