Apply for Admission to the DO/MBA Program

To apply for admission to the DO/MBA dual-degree program, you should submit the following documentation:

1. Apply for Admission Online — Make sure to select that you want a fully online program and choose the DO/MBA program interest for the Spring term.

2. Online Authorization Form — Complete this AFTER you finish step 1. This online form is required for KCUMB and Rockhurst to share your educational records and information. 

3. Submit official transcripts from your bachelor's degree conferred institution. Electronic transcripts may be sent to hcl@rockhurst.edu. Official transcripts may be mailed to:
