The Organizational Leadership Certificate prepares students who want to grow in leadership roles within their industry and organization. The concentrations within this program allow students to gain knowledge in the areas that best match each student's career goals. This certificate program prepares students with the individual and organizational leadership, and communication skills needed to take the next step in your career. With classes offered in person and online, students get a flexible schedule that allows them to complete the required 10-12 credit hours in a timely manner.

Interdisciplinary: Select the specific courses that match your career goals and interests. Students may select any additional graduate-level courses offered at Rockhurst University to complete the required 10 credit hours.

Healthcare: Gain knowledge in the organizational and legal environment of the healthcare industry.

Human Resources: Gain the human resources management, and conflict negotiation knowledge needed to succeed in a human resources career.
