- About
- All transfer courses to the joint program must at a minimum meet the Rockhurst University policy on transfer courses. This is located in the catalog.
- If you have taken a course that meets the Rockhurst University requirements to transfer in as a 1000 or 2000 level course in the program, then it is acceptable to transfer that course.
- If you have taken a course that meets the Rockhurst University requirements to transfer in as a core course, then it is acceptable to transfer that course.
- You must complete at least 30 credit hours at Rockhurst and at least 30 credit hours at UMKC towards your degree. Your last 60 hours must be entirely at Rockhurst and UMKC.
- It is best to avoid transferring upper division 3000 or 4000 level math or physics classes. If you wish to transfer an upper division math or physics class, you must petition.
- It is generally not acceptable to transfer any upper division 300 or 400 level ME, CE, ECE, CS or IT course. In extenuating circumstances, you may petition to transfer such a course.
