The CPA Pathway for Accounting program is for professionals interested in accounting careers and preparing for the CPA exam. The accounting certificate for CPAs provides the auditing, tax, financial reporting, and data analytics coursework that helps students prepare for the CPA exam and for entry into accounting positions. This certification course requires 12 credit hours. This course offers in-person and online classes. Coursework options are listed below.

Note:

An additional course that is recommended for CPA track students is AC 6520 - Advanced Information Systems. This course is not required for this certificate but is offered for students who desire it to prepare them for certification in Information Systems Auditing.
