At Rockhurst, the Physics curriculum is designed to integrate with student interests and career goals.

The Physics of Medicine pre-professional major track is interdisciplinary in nature and is designed for students that wish to attend clinical graduate school in medicine or healthcare fields. The Biomedical Engineering major track is designed to serve as an intersection of Physics of Medicine, engineering and mathematics for students wishing to go to graduate school in Medical Physics or Bioengineering. The Physics track is recommended for those considering graduate studies in research or applied physics.
