Magis Activity Center (MAC)
The new Magis Activity Center (MAC) includes a training center with cardio and weight training equipment, private bathrooms with showers, locker room facilities for men’s and women’s athletic teams, a multipurpose space, and studio spaces to allow for fitness and wellness classes.

To sign up for classes, students/employees must email MAC coordinator Joshua Roberts or sign up at the front desk. Classes are limited to 25 participants.
The Beach Body on demand classes are streamed through Apple TV. Schedule is on the bulletin board in the aerobics room.

Notes for Guests:
- Students/employees must swipe in at the upstairs desk when they arrive and swipe out when they leave.
- Lockers are available. If students/employees want to lock their belongings, they should bring their own lock and remove their lock at the end of their workout.
- Employee memberships are available at $20/month. A signed liability waiver will be required for entry.
- Massman Weight Room: There is still 24/7 swipe card access for the student body/employees, but certain times will be restricted for athletic team use. Those times will be posted.
- Students are encouraged to use the downstairs lobby and Glynn Alumni Commons to relax, watch TV or study.
Intramurals
The purpose of the Intramural Sports program at Rockhurst University is to provide exercise, recreation, and fun to our participants in a relaxed, yet structured environment. Intramural Sports enhance the academic experience by promoting and reinforcing leadership qualities, teamwork, personal accomplishment, mutual respect, integrity, competition and recreation, as well as skill and exercise. The genuine value of Intramural Sports comes from the recreation and camaraderie experienced with the other participants and staff of the program.
Rockhurst offers a revamped program including one day tournaments throughout the year for the following core sports:
