Lockton is a phenomenal organization to work for because of the talented professionals who are employed there and because of its philosophy of client-first service. Both of these factors help make Lockton one of the most well-respected organizations in Kansas City and across the nation.

This past week, I had the opportunity to present my summer internship project at Lockton's global headquarters in Kansas City. During the course of this summer internship, our team of interns worked hard to calculate the ROI for Lockton to acquire the premium license of Microsoft Copilot for all People Solutions associates within Founder's Series. On top of that, we also dove deep into the capabilities of Copilot Premium and applied what we learned to our associates' everyday workflows to see its capabilities live in action.
I would now like to thank Robbie Wengert, Cameron Chopp, Lucy Reid, Leah Lewis and Mason Thompson for being an amazing group of interns to work with this summer. I would also be remiss to forget to mention our project leads in Bethany Pierce, Eli Trimmer, MSPH, and Kyle Pacha, MBA for assisting us in our efforts as our project leads. Without them this project would not have been nearly as successful.
This summer with Lockton has been a phenomenal experience, and it is hard to imagine that I only have one week left of the internship. No words can express my gratitude for the opportunity!
