The program is a 21-month cohort program where students meet one weekend a month (Friday and Saturday) at Rockhurst’s Helzberg of Management. The hybrid structure allows flexibility for students to manage professional and personal lives while still maintaining a significant face-to-face presence among cohort students and faculty. The 44 credits are spread over 5 semesters.
The program is designed for any current manager or person in some type of leadership role within for profit, non-profit or entrepreneurial enterprises. To learn and contribute to the cohort, participants should have a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience.
