• Halls close at 5 p.m.
• Dining hall closes at 2 p.m
• All students living in Corcoran, McGee, and XL must check out of their rooms for the semester unless approved for a late check-out for Rockhurst-related commitments.
• Students can request a late stay/check-out and early arrival if they have academic-related commitments, campus employment, or athletic commitments for team play. The deadline to request is Tuesday, December 1.
• Detailed closure information will be emailed to residents in mid-November.

Winter Break: Saturday, December 12, 2026 - Saturday, January 9, 2027
