The Festival of Student Achievement (FOSA) is an annual event when academic awards are given out, in addition to the Student Development Awards and the Andrews McMeel Universal DEI Award. The Student Development awards include student organization awards, as well as some individual awards like Hawk of the Year, Faculty of the Year, and Staff of the Year.
