Biography
A native of Kansas City, Jason recently joined the Education faculty in the College of Arts & Sciences after completing his Ed.D. at Rockhurst in May 2026. His previous professional experience includes seven years as a secondary and collegiate mathematics educator; 22 years as a staff nurse, charge nurse, nurse educator, and nurse leader working in oncology, critical care, and emergency settings; and three years as a tax analyst and certified public accountant serving international, corporate, and not-for-profit clients.
Jason currently teaches graduate courses in research methodology (ED 8200, 8250, 8400, 8450) and program evaluation (ED 8060).
