Tracy Blasdel, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of marketing and business communication in the Helzberg School of Management. Prior to her career in academia, Blasdel worked in corporate marketing and marketing agency settings for more than 10 years, sharing her marketing expertise with the likes of major corporate brands including: Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Minute Rice, Weight Watchers, H&R Block, Dell, Bayer CropScience and Cerner.

Blasdel completed her Ph.D. in organizational communication at the University of Kansas. She also has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
