Biography
Jennifer Oliver, Ph.D., is a developmental psychologist who is interested in adolescence, emerging adulthood and aging. While in graduate school, she taught special education (children with visual impairments and young children with autism), which led to her interest in both typical and atypical development.
Oliver's current research examines emerging adults' identity and spirituality, as well as factors that may influence identity development. She joined the Rockhurst University faculty in 1997 and currently serves as chair of the psychology department.
