Biography 

Christina Wisdom, PT, DPT, is an assistant professor of physical therapy. She is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a certified lymphedema therapist. She teaches professional and leadership development, as well as musculoskeletal courses. In addition, Wisdom is chair of the program effectiveness committee that oversees the DPT curriculum at Rockhurst University, and is chair of the inter-professional education committee of the College of Health and Human Services. 

Wisdom is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the APTA leadership development committee. She also belongs to the education, orthopaedic, health policy and administration, as well as women's health sections of the APTA. She acts as bylaws chair and is on the board of directors for the Kansas Physical Therapy Association. Clinically, Wisdom practices at Foundational Concepts, LLC, an outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy practice in Kansas City.
