Academic Procession Information
We are excited you will be joining us in the academic procession on this historical day. You can find information for each group in the procession below. If you have additional questions, please reach out to Morgan Maloney at morgan.maloney@rockhurst.edu.
General Procession Information
There will be two processions. One into Mass at St. Francis Xavier and one into Installation at Mason-Halpin Fieldhouse. If you elected to only attend Installation, you will arrive to your given location at 2 p.m., instead of 12:30 p.m. See the campus map for location information.
Delegates From Other Colleges and Universities
Arrival Time: 12:30 p.m. if attending Mass and 2 p.m. if just attending Installation.
Location: Conway Hall — No. 7 on the campus map.
Parking: Please park in the north parking garage — Letter K on the campus map.
Details: When you arrive, please go to the check-in table. Volunteers will inform you of your lineup spot and answer any questions you may have. Light refreshments will be provided.
*AJCU Delegates: You will walk alongside a student carrying the banner that represents your institution for the procession following Mass.
Regalia: Please bring your regalia with you. If you have requested regalia through Rockhurst, we will have that for you upon your arrival.
Faculty/Deans, Cabinet, University Leadership

Location: Greenlease Library, 1st floor — No. 10 on the campus map.
Parking: Please park in the Parking Garage — Letter K on the campus map.

Regalia: Please bring your regalia with you if you picked it up already. If you ordered regalia through the University, it will be available for pickup upon your arrival.
Board of Trustees and Speakers at Installation
