Rockhurst University Students Host Mystical Math Room

With a nod to Halloween, Rockhurst University students will create a Mystical Math Room designed to delight visitors of all ages from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, in the Science Center, Room 125.

Students in a variety of math classes will create interactive exhibits in an effort to show that math can be a fun experience. Exhibits will include Witch Won (a witchy game show), the Haunted Batting Cage, a mathemagician, Sudoku and Crazy Mathematical Knitting. 

This event is open to the public and free of charge. The Mystical Math Room is located on the Rockhurst University Campus, 54th Street and Troost Avenue. For more information, call (816) 501-4530.
