Rockhurst Improves to No. 14 in U.S. News & World Report Best College Rankings
U.S. News & World Report has ranked Rockhurst University No. 14 in its 2015 Best Colleges list of the top regional universities in the Midwest, moving up from No. 20 in the previous year’s list.
The U.S. News & World Report rankings take into account a number of criteria. Rockhurst’s student-faculty ratio, freshman retention rate, and alumni giving rate were among the areas that improved over the previous year. Rockhurst is consistently ranked among the top 25 schools in the top regional universities in the Midwest.
“Today’s U.S. News & World Report ranking reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a truly student-centered education,” said Doug Dunham, Ph.D., vice president of academic affairs at Rockhurst. “I commend the faculty, staff and students who continue to strive to make Rockhurst a nationally recognized place where leaders learn.”
The Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University also earned nods from U.S. News & World Report for two of its business programs, earning the No. 18 spot on the list of top undergraduate management program and the No. 25 spot on the list of top undergraduate international business programs.
