24/7 Help with Canvas for Faculty
Just a quick reminder that we have Tier-1 24/7 Canvas Support. What that means is that if you call, email, or live chat with a Canvas 24/7 Support agent, you can get the same type of assistance that members of the e-Learning team provide when you contact us directly (with some exceptions). Moreover, you get that assistance immediately instead of waiting for a reply email from eLearning – it is truly on-demand help with Canvas for faculty!
We strongly encourage all faculty to utilize 24/7 support for Canvas. Especially when you need help over the weekend and after normal business hours.
Students who need help with Canvas should always be directed to contact 24/7 Canvas Support.
