RU with Charcu in the Lou - Registration is now closed

Join the Office of Alumni Relations in partnership with Charcu in the Lou for a virtual charcuterie workshop! We will be joined by RU alumna and owner of Charcu in the Lou, Cori (Wibbenmeyer) Bickford, '13, as she walks us through building the perfect charcuterie board! This event is ideal for those looking forward to spring picnics and patio season. 

How It Works

Each primary registrant will be shipped supplies to put together a custom RU-themed charcuterie board. Each shipment will contain class accoutrements and a small grocery list for fresh produce (optional) so attendees can build their beautiful boards together. The class will cover how to select quality ingredients for your future endeavors, tips and tricks to creating a delicious, aesthetically pleasing board, and suggested cheese and wine pairings.

Cost is $50 which covers supplies for the class, the virtual educational session, and shipping fees. You won't want to miss it!
