Missouri River Relief

In February 2019, following two years of prayer and discernment, the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) released their Universal Apostolic Preferences (UAPs) in an effort to concentrate their efforts and the efforts to their apostolates (schools, churches, universities, etc.) around the globe. One of the 4 UAPs reads, Caring for our Common Home: Collaborate, with Gospel depth, for the protection and renewal of God’s Creation.
This event, in which students hop onto boats that whisk them away to remote locations along the Missouri River where they pick up trash, will invite us into the gritty reality of this UAP. Prayer, reflection, and social analysis will complete the day (8am to 2:30pm) and invite future action. Free t-shirt and lunch provided. Register HERE. Email Emily Rose with questions!
