Film Series: The Film Critic

Please join us for FREE a virtual film screening and live discussion of The Film Critic with the Rockhurst University Department of Modern Languages and hosted by Robert Vigliotti, Ph.D., Rockhurst University associate professor of philosophy. This film (narrated in Spanish and some French) is written and directed by Hernán Guerschuny and is a comedic story about a prestigious film critic in Buenos Aires, Argentina, who struggles to help others discern what makes “good” or “bad” movies while trying to write his own screenplay. Following the screening event, Rocío De la Rosa Duncan Ph.D., Rockhurst University professor, department of Modern Languages and Literatures, will lead an online live discussion.
