To be effective in your job of being in charge of your projects, unit, department, or firm, you must be able to lead change in your organization. The Helzberg School's Executive Fellows MBA delivers specialized curriculum to develop change agents who not only can strategically plan for solutions, but can actually implement their plans.

To do this, our students receive instruction and learning experience in three areas: business knowledge, critical thinking, and leadership and management skills. The Helzberg School’s executive MBA has a unique curriculum that fully integrates professional development so that course projects allow for practice and learning of key leadership skills – we don’t just teach leadership we help you learn how to lead the change required to improve your results.

Convenient Schedule for Executives
Executive Fellows complete 48 credit hours within 21 months. Classes meet every other Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The program begins with a four-day orientation session in early September, then continues through the fall, spring and summer in year one, and fall and spring in year two. Each fall and spring semester ends with a two-day wrap-up session.

Tablet device and vouchers for recommended applications.
All required books (predominately e-books), course materials, course activities.
9 one-hour individual coaching sessions.
Online subscriptions to the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and The Economist
Meals during class sessions.
Parking permit.

Services Executive Fellows meeting room, all registration and book acquisition done by program administrators (materials will be delivered or given to the students), access to university resources such as learning center, counseling center. and rooms for student directed team meetings.
