For all On-Campus Houses OCH, THV Group Applications and Rock Row:
- Each student must complete a returning housing application.
- Submit one group application/contract for the type of OCH, THV, Kateri and Rock Row unit for which you wish to apply. Please apply for just one type of house/unit for any given deadline; individuals may not apply with more than one group for any given deadline. Groups not awarded may re-apply for subsequent group application. Please print the group confirmation and have each member of the group sign and date the application.
- All materials must be submitted along with the group application/contract to Residence Life Office in Massman 3 no later than 4:30 PM on the appropriate deadline date-see deadline dates below.
- Along with the group application/contract, each individual must submit the following:

Priority deadline for All Residence Hall Applications due - Confirmation page from the individual online Returning Resident application. (You will receive an email upon completion of the individual application) MyRockhurst.edu portal unofficial transcript. Service Hour Transcripts (This should be requested in advance from the Service Learning Center in Van Ackeren 200 or online. Service transcripts will be sent electronically from the Service Learning Center to the Residence Life Office). Leadership Transcript with signatures from the faculty/staff moderators for each organization. Student signatures are not acceptable. If you have questions regarding your Leadership Transcript or problems getting signatures, please visit The Residence Life Office.

2020-2021 Housing Formula and Essential Information
Formula specifics:
- Learning: Rockhurst Cumulative GPA x (Rockhurst Hours + Transfer credits); total points divided by 7; transfer credits not to exceed 30 hours and may include credits such as AP courses, dual credit, courses taken at another school, etc.; all GPA information as well as credit hours-both Rockhurst and transfer - must be on the Rockhurst Transcript. For OCH/Rock Row houses you must have completed 45 hours by the end of fall 2018.
- Leadership: Leadership points will be calculated for active participation in organizations affiliated with Rockhurst University from 1/1/2018-12/31/2018. Points will be given as follows:
- 1 point - as an active member of an organization, club sport, retreat leader, or Liturgical Minister
- 2 points - selective leadership such as: Orientation Leader, Peer Coach, Ambassador, Athlete, Dance, Cheerleading, CLC leaders, or elected/appointed positions(example: Chairperson, Secretary, etc) within student organizations.
- 3 points - elite leadership such as: President or Vice President of a student organization, Resident Assistant, Orientation Coordinator, Social Mentor steering Committee.
Please Note: Service trip participation will count toward your service hours and is not counted in the Leadership Transcript, Intramural sport participation or social and/or philanthropic event attendance will not count in the Leadership Transcript. An organization is one that is registered with Rockhurst University through the office of Student Development. Paid jobs on campus will not count towards leadership points.
- Service: 1 point for every 5 hours of service from 1/1/18-12/31/18 documented on service transcripts through the Center for Service Learning. A maximum of 5 points is possible.
- Conduct: 10 points if no misconduct Fall 2018 and Spring 2018. 8 points if sanction but no probation, 4 if Conduct Probation, 0 if Disciplinary Probation I or II.
- All points are then added together for the entire group. Assignments and preference will be granted to groups according to the highest score.
Rockhurst Cumulative GPA x (Rockhurst Hours + Transfer Credits) / 7 = Service + Leadership + Conduct = Final
