Printing
Greenlease Library has printers on the main floor (near the elevator) and in the main area of the Mezzanine.
To print from your laptop or tablet, see Computer Services' directions on the Mobile Printing Process, which include a link to the Mobility Print application.
The library also has several computers on the main level which you can log in to to release print jobs via Papercut. To use them,
- Log on to the computer using your RU NetID and password.
- Open the Start menu and click on Settings (the gear icon).
- Select "Devices."
- Select "Printers & Scanners" in the left-hand menu.
- Select "Add a printer or scanner." (The computer will search for a little bit and offer up some suggestions.)
- Click on "The printer that I wan't isn't listed."
- Select "Select a shared printer by name" and type in \\papercut\RUprint
- Press enter and finish.
- Print your document, and be sure to select "RUprint on PAPERCUT" as your printer in the print dialog box.
- You can then release your print job on any campus printer by swiping your ID.
To add money to your printing account, log on to the RU portal at my.rockhurst.edu. Select "Printing (Papercut)," and log on to Papercut using your RU NetID and password. There, you can see a summary of your account, printing rates for various types of jobs, and use the "Add Credit" link to add money to your account using a credit card.
