Host Send-off Parties

Work with Rockhurst University staff to host send-off parties for incoming freshmen and their families during the summer months.  This is a great time to meet new families and welcome them to the Rockhurst community.

Parent to Parent welcome phone calls

Help us welcome each new family to the Rockhurst community with a short, simple phone call.  Calls would likely be to other families in your area.

Be a Hawks fan!

Rockhurst is a member of the NCAA Division II and the Great Lakes Valley Conference.  Come out and support one of our eleven teams and check out the athletic calendar.

On-campus events

There are several opportunities throughout the school year when we need volunteers to be greeters at events and masses.  Parent Orientation is one event we’d like more current parents to volunteer. Check out our calendar.  

Share Your Knowledge

Put your know-how and experience to use and engage our current students.  Possible speaking opportunities in classrooms, panel or career networking events are available.  Work with Career Services to be sure Rockhurst alumni know about internships at your company.
