Monday, Sept. 28: “Majors, Minors, Careers – Help me decide!”

We understand how difficult it can be to navigate these decisions, so we’re kicking off Career and Majors Week with an opportunity for students to meet with advisors from all four colleges as well as staff from Career Services and Student Success. Perfect time to get all your questions answered!

Tuesday, Sept. 29: “Student 2 Student: What students have to say about experiential learning at RU” Learning happens everywhere, not just in the classroom! Hear current students share their experiences involving various experiential learning opportunities such as service learning, mission trips, internship experiences, undergraduate research, and study abroad. Great opportunity to ask questions and find out how to get involved.

Wednesday, Sept. 30: “Alumni Perspectives”

They’ve been here, done that, and now they’re back to speak to the value of their Rockhurst education and how it helps them in their lives and careers. Join as young alumni share the wisdom they’ve gained along the way, the things they wish they would’ve known, and answers to all your questions.

Thursday, Oct. 1: “What Do Employers Really Want?”

Get the inside scoop as recruiters and employers from various industries shed light on what employers are really looking for when hiring recent college grads. Another great opportunity to ask questions and make connections.
