Biography 

Katherine Ermgodts is the chair and program director for the department of communication sciences and disorders. She oversees and coordinates the academic and clinical components of the undergraduate, post-bachelor's and graduate programs.  

Ermgodts teaches in the areas of introduction to communication disorders, clinical methods, counseling and professional issues. Program development and community collaboration are key areas of interest.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in audiology and speech science, a Master of Arts in communication disorders, and is currently completing a doctoral degree at the University of Kansas.   

Ermgodts is responsible for coordinating the academic and clinical components of the undergraduate, graduate and post-bachelor's programs in the communication sciences and disorders department. Program development and community collaboration are key areas of interest.
