Aylward-Dunn Learning Center - Quick Guide to WC Online

A quick guide for registering, scheduling appointments, and making changes using WC Online for students. 

New Users:

  1. Go to the Aylward-Dunn Learning Center scheduling page at https://rockhurst.mywconline.com/ and click on “Register for an Account.”
  2. Fill out the registration form completely. Please note that you must register with your ROCKHURST email address in order to use the system.
  3. Please indicate whether you’d like email or text reminders at the bottom of the registration page. We encourage you to request these reminders!
  4. Login using your user name and password. 

Making an Appointment:

  1. Go to the Aylward-Dunn Learning Center scheduling page at https://rockhurst.mywconline.com/ and login.
  2. You will see the current date range at the top of the screen. Click on the calendar if you need to change the dates (note that appointments can only be scheduled 7 days in advance).
  3. To make an appointment you will need to click the “Limit to:” menu at the top of the screen under the dates. Select the subject for which you need a tutoring appointment. You will now see the schedules for all tutors who cover that topic in the calendar below.
  4. Click on a white block corresponding with the tutor, date, and time you desire.
  5. Fill in the reservation box with the required information and click “Save Appointment” at the bottom of the box.
  6. A confirmation will be sent to your Rockhurst email. You will also receive a reminder before your appointment if you approve that option when registering. 

To Change or Delete an Appointment:

  1. Go to the Aylward-Dunn Learning Center scheduling page at https://rockhurst.mywconline.com/ and login.
  2. Hover over “Welcome, [Your Name]” in the top left corner of the page. You will see a menu displayed.
  3. Hover over “My Appointments” and a list of your appointment times will be displayed.
  4. Click on the appointment that you’d like to change or delete.
  5. To change the appointment, modify the details and click “Save Changes.” Note that you can only change your appointment time to another open time with the same tutor. You will receive an error message if your tutor is not available.
  6. To cancel your appointment click “Cancel this appointment” at the bottom of the screen.
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to you. 

Notes:

  • Writing Appointments: Select “WRITING” from the dropdown menu for ALL writing appointments, regardless of subject.
  • Spanish/French Students: Please sort the schedule based on your exact Spanish or French course, as we have specific tutors assigned to each course. All appointments will be 30 minutes. Spanish 1100 and 2100 tutoring will occur in groups of up to 3 students, and the amount of remaining spots will be indicated on the schedule. All other Spanish/French appointments will be one-on-one.
  • Other group appointments: If you would like to sign up in a small group (2-3 students maximum), only ONE student will be able to sign up for the appointment online. That will reserve your time. All other members of the group will need to sign in as a "walk in" upon their arrival at the Learning Center. Groups must consist of students in the SAME COURSE, preferably with the same assignment/project.
