Official Arrival Date.
You must arrive in the United States at least by the date indicated on your Form I-20. The International Student Orientation is always scheduled for the Saturday before classes begin so it is recommended that you plan your arrival accordingly as attendance is required. You may arrive in the United States as early as 30 days prior to the official arrival date indicated on your I-20.

When you check-in at Rockhurst you will need your:

• Passport
• I-20 or DS-2019
• I-94 (given to you when you arrive in the US)

Baggage and Mail.
Baggage and mail should be sent to your residence or the residence of a contact you have established in the U.S. If you ship your baggage, use a reliable carrier that will ensure proper customs clearance and delivery. Be certain to purchase insurance protection for your shipment.
