Congratulations and Welcome to the Hawk Family!
You have been admitted, now what?

Orientation
Orientation is a vital component to assist you with the transition to Rockhurst University. In the Fall semester we ask that all transfer students with less than 30 college hours attend the four day new student orientation. That information is below under August 2013 Orientation.
For students transferring in 30 or more college hours we host an on line orientation with special invitations to the four day orientation. It would be beneficial to ALL students to attend the four day orientation and we ask that all transfer students considering that option. More information will be emailed (to your ROCKHURST email) and mailed to you within a month of classes beginning.
For more information about orientation, please email or call 816-501-4541
August 2013 Orientation
We know that transfer students have different circumstances and needs, so we provide two orientation options for you:
Four Day Orientation: August 17-20
This option is for transfer students who have the time to meet a lot of people (faculty, staff and other students) during our four day New Student Orientation, August 17 through 20. These four days are a great way to get connected, learn about campus and the Kansas City area. It will provide our transfer and other new students numerous (both fun and educational) opportunities to meet other new students.
