Welcome to Rockhurst University College Bound! RUCB is a dynamic and growing organization of Rockhurst University students dedicated to providing local high school and middle school aged youth with the tools for success! Our program integrates a solid academic foundation with an innovative approach to mentorship and an array of college preparation activities designed to give participants the ultimate edge in getting ready for higher education. Our students rave about the support they receive from their college mentors, and they emerge from the program strong, confident citizens who have met with unbounded success in high school and who are excited to take on the collegiate world!

Looking for proof? Look no further than our members, many of whom return year after year for the best value in college preparation around! RUCB is free to participants, and as the members will testify, it is time well spent. Our students see improvements in their grades and their standardized test scores, take on leadership challenges at school and in their communities, and look to higher education as the next step in becoming who they want to be.

Interested? Then come on down to the Rockhurst University Community Center on Thursdays at 4:30, and get involved with Kansas City’s own world-class college preparation program, right here in the neighborhood!
