Performances

The performances by Musica Sacra focus on sacred music written for chorus, soloists and/or orchestra, with a repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to the present.

The Musica Sacra season runs from fall to spring each year. The chorus and orchestra perform four major concerts each season at St. Francis Xavier Church at 1001 E 52nd Street, Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to these performances, the ensemble appears at various community events and congregations. Musica Sacra has recently appeared at Powell Gardens, the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City and Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral.
