The Rockhurst University Greenlease Library has five ways to assist you with answering your questions.
Ask A Librarian Chat Service is available during Greenlease Library's business hours. The Chat service will provide an opportunity to immediately have your questions answered by Rockhurst reference staff. Sometimes reference staff are assisting other patrons and might not be available for chat service. When the service is unavailable you will see a message encouraging you to use the Ask a Librarian 24/7 Service. In the near future we hope to provide you an Ask A Librarian Text Service.
Ask A Librarian 24/7 Chat Open this link to Chat online 24/7 with a Rockhurst librarian, an Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities librarian or a contracted librarian.
Ask a Librarian by Email This service will be answered by Rockhurst reference staff during library business hours. Use the web form to ask your question. Replies will be given within 24 hours, Monday-Friday during the hours the library is open.
Ask A Librarian by Phone Call the Information Desk at 816-501-4188 for assistance all hours the library is open. Rockhurst reference staff will answer your question.
Ask A Librarian in Person The Information Desk is located on the main floor at the center area of the Circulation Desk. In person assistance is available all hours the library is open.
