ERIC
This database is supported by the Department of Education and indexes journal articles, books, theses, curriculi, conference papers, and standards and guidelines related to education. Coverage is from 1966 to the present.

ERIC journal articles are designated with EJ at the beginning of the record. Use the library's Online Catalog to determine if the library subscribes to a specific journal.

ERIC documents, designated with ED at the beginning of the record, are available on microfiche at the library from 1963-2003. Full-text non-journal documents are available for free from 1993 to the present.

ESAs serve as partners with clients to support their educational missions. Public funded agencies, ESAs are founded in statute and organized on a regional basis. ESAs reach out to preschoolers, school-age students, adult learners and educators. The Chronicle of Higher Education is the academic world's No. 1 source of news and information. This is a subscription based service, however, some parts of the site are free to all. They include: 1. Colloquy, an open forum on issues in higher education and 2) Job announcements from the previous issue of The Chronicle. Some articles, especially those about information technology, are free to non-subscribers.
