American College Physicians (ACP) Journal Club Evidence-Based Medicine for Better Patient Care

The content is carefully selected from over 100 clinical journals through reliable application of explicit criteria for scientific merit, followed by assessment of relevance to medical practice by clinical specialists. It is searchable per topic using either a basic or advanced search screens. Articles added to the ACP Journal Club since 2002 can be accessed through CINAHL in EBSCOhost.

A Web site dedicated to evidence-based medicine covering the later months of 1995 through all issues of 1997. After opening a particular issue you can view the Table of Contents that shows some articles in full-text and in the eight-step format used in evidence-based medicine. There is a Search button, which provides the ability to limit to a topic across the entire site or in one category.
