For the Summer of 2008 Rockhurst will host Interns in our Townhouse Villages. These units have received updates in the last two years. They are very spacious and allow independent living in a safe and secure location. Each unit includes a kitchen as well as living room area for socializing and relaxing. Additionally units are furnished with furniture for the convenience of our summer guests.

Rockhurst has ample parking during the summer with closed gate access point in the Townhouse Village. Additionally a community center located centrally in the townhouse village provides a convenient laundry facility as well as a computer lab and work out room.

Housing is available for the time period of May 21, 2008-July 31, 2008. The fee per person is $1600 for four person Townhouse. Additionally, Rockhurst requires a damage deposit of $100 per occupant for the duration of the contract period. The deposit less any damages will be returned to the Interns in a timely fashion at the conclusion of the contract period. The cost includes all utilities and services mentioned above.
