Rockhurst Chorus, Chamber Singers and Woman’s Chorale

These student groups perform two annual concerts of sacred and secular music from the classical tradition, spirituals, folk songs and popular works from a multiplicity of cultural backgrounds. The holiday concert, Ceremony of Lessons and Carols, celebrates it’s 18th offering. Between 500-700 people attend this event. The concert, in partnership with the Rockhurst University Office of Alumni and Constitute Relations, is free but donations are requested of either a nonperishable food, child’s toy or grooming product for the Return to Christmas Program for families in need. A spring performance concludes the student concert season.
